This notice explains what happens to information you share through mrcharlesco.com.

What I collect

When you use the contact form, I receive the details you enter: your name, organization, email address, phone number, role, the type of support you're looking for, your timing, and your message.

How it's used

I use this information only to reply to your inquiry and, if we decide to work together, to set up the engagement. I don't sell it, rent it, or add you to a mailing list without asking.

Service providers

• The website is hosted by Netlify.
• Contact form submissions are delivered to my email by Web3Forms, a form-processing service.
• Email is handled through Microsoft 365.

Cookies and analytics

This site doesn't use advertising cookies or tracking analytics. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address as part of delivering them.

Sensitive information

Please don't send Social Security numbers, bank credentials, protected health information, or other sensitive records through the website. Client documents are exchanged through a separate secure Microsoft 365 workflow.
